My Story

I am the founder of The Blair Advocacy Group, where I help families understand and navigate the special education process so their children can grow, learn, and truly thrive. As both a Special Education Advocate and a long-time CASA volunteer, I have seen firsthand how the right educational support can transform a child’s life.

I hold a Master Certificate in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University and have completed advanced advocacy training through SPAN and COPAA, strengthening my ability to guide families with accuracy, confidence, and compassion. In addition to my work, I am supported by a team of experienced special education educators who collaborate throughout the advocacy process. Together, we carefully review every aspect of a child’s educational profile and develop thoughtful, individualized plans to support their success.

I work closely with families and schools to foster strong, collaborative relationships, always keeping the child’s best interests at the center. My goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and to ensure that families feel informed, empowered, and never alone on their journey.
